Shipping

Unless otherwise requested, all domestic shipments over $200 will be sent via USPS Registered and Insured Prority Service. Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping (USPS) are available for orders under $200 during checkout. International orders are only shipped via the US Postal Service. Please contact us for a rate.

Sales Tax

Since AERlooms and The American Eagle Reserve, LLC is based in Texas, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in Texas. To customers residing in states other than Texas, please be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet and/or catalog purchases. Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail from us. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order and it includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail from us. This e-mail confirms that your order, or part of your order, has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected.

Exchange / Returns Policy

You may return items purchased on our web site within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange for another product. No reasons required but feedback would be appreciated. Just make sure returned items are in like-new condition in original packaging and you contact us in advance by phone or email.

Warranties

We all should know, that a condition of coin is purely subjective unless that coin is certified by a reputable third party grading company. The AER product concept is "new should be perfect and old original" Therefore, we offer most new coins(1986-2006) in perfect ms70 condition. We only use renowned, NGC and PCGS as 3rd party grade companies. Older coins and notes(Pre-1933)that are ungraded, fall under our "Quality 4 Life" program." We guarantee our stated condition for life, or we'll replace it with what was stated on original invoice. We believe that most antique coins should not have their originality compromised by a thick slab of acrylic plastic. We feel it takes away from a sense of touch and feel. In addition, it manipulates true weight of an antiquity. We also feel there is strong growth value in nice, ungraded monetary collectibles.

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with AERlooms and The American Eagle Reserve, LLC. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with AERlooms and The American Eagle Reserve, LLC, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We will cover the liability of purchases made through this web site only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent charges, we will cover your liability up to $50.00.
