NGC Edgeview design

NGC is introducing a state-of-the-art holder that is not only unique, but also incorporates new anti-counterfeiting features. 

NGC unveiled this new design at the ANA's  World's Fair of Money show. This holder will be used for the encapsulation of NGC Certified coins starting in late August. The coins are suspended within four prongs that enables one a clear view of the coins edge. This holder is the same holder that is used in housing the 200 of the most famous American coins in the Smithsonian's National Numismatic Collection. The Smithsonian preformed extensive testing to ensure it's long term stability.

New anti-counterfeiting features have been added to the holder. This includes a high security label incorporating micro-printing, UV-light responsive watermarking and an embedded holographic layer. This holder is almost impossible to reproduce!
